Returns and Refunds

My refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

I understand that art can look different in person compared to the online representation of the product. I strive to represent the artwork to you as best as I can, however, discrepancies in overall color and texture of the artwork may vary. Returns and exchanges are done on a case by case basis.

To start a return, you can contact me at natashanicoleartistry@proton.me. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds: I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
