I was raised in a mountain town where the sounds of nature had not been drowned out. When I was small, I thought the sound of crickets chirping was the sound of the stars. I was slightly disappointed when I got older to find that stars don't actually make music- at least, not that we can hear down here.
Fur Elise is my husband's favorite piece by Beethoven. Combining his love for piano music, my love for the stars, and the childhood memory of musical stars, I created this piece. This piece features the most recognizable line of Beethovens famous bagatelle Fur Elise, and would be a compliment to any music studio or piano room.
